Contrary to the negative comments i read before and they made me think a little, everything was fine at the guesthouse: the host, a very kind and welcoming woman, showed us the kitchen and the dishes, the gazebo and the barbecue, explained to us which tourist attractions we can see and where we can eat well and cheaply.
the rooms are clean, but not modernized, it is not a guesthouse for the picky, at the price of 100 lei/night it is decent, for those who want luxury, there are the hotels in the center of the resort at 700 lei/night.
the location is excellent, so we walked to the center of the resort and to Ursul lake, it takes about 10 minutes, and on the opposite side to mocanita, the same, so you avoid paying for private parking.
there is a Penny Market nearby where you can buy whatever you want.
we stayed 2 nights and felt very good, it is a quiet location, with friendly people.
if i had to give a minus, it would be the wooden construction on the upper floor, from where you could hear all the footsteps of those above.
